Yeah! Today we left on our home in Stuart, Florida for our out west motor home adventure!
- Attack of the Love Bugs!!
After nearly being overtaken by the love bugs we finally made it through our first day of driving. From Stuart, FL we had smooth sailing on the Turnpike to I-75 in Atlanta and then west on I-20. We spent our first night in the parking lot of Camping World, Oxford, Alabama.

You missed a crazy day at Universal…we will post pictures to facebook. But, it looks like you made great progress on day one, and you are within about 80 miles of where I went to school for one year — Marion Military Institute in Marion, AL (BTW — Not worth visiting:))

Hey Ken & Jen! I can’t wait to see the pics from Universal. We were thinking about you as we passed by Orlando Sat. morning. We’ve been making great time and will go as far as Albuquerque tomorrow hopefully to a real campground. We thought about dropping one of our kids off at the Marion Military Institute, but they wouldn’t accept anyone under 18.
